Hey loves! The incredible Deanne Adamson joins me in today’s episode.
“Suffering comes with the human experience. But a lot of it is our own attachments, a lot of it is our own fears, our own defenses, our own unwillingness to look at things, our own unwillingness to just wake up and see what we are doing to ourselves.”
Deanne Adamson is the Founder and CEO of Being True To You, a transformational coaching company focused on developing the True Self. Deanne’s extensive experience in both addiction recovery and psychedelic integration puts her at the intersection of personal development and mission work.
Deanne has a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, and it is her great passion to help individuals transcend states of suffering into the cultivation of remembering one’s great purpose. Since 2010, Deanne and Being True To You have partnered with industry leaders, influencers, and organizations in the psychedelic space to provide preparation and integration coaching for people utilizing psychedelic treatments as a tool for healing and expansion.
