145: How to Embrace & Accept All Parts of Yourself with Dr. Neeta Bhushan

by neeta bhushan

Every summer, my husband and I take an extended trip to travel Europe with and without our kids. The healing excursions we arrange for ourselves and our close friends are always a highlight. This year, I had some powerful experiences, most notably a special gathering with 80 amazing people.

During that event, I remembered not only that it’s okay to be misunderstood but also that it’s unapologetically brave to stand firm in my truth. Damn, that remembrance feels just as good weeks later! As you listen to this solocast, I hope you too feel empowered to embrace all you are with deep compassion and unconditional love.
