Bio:

Light Watkins is a speaker, best-selling author of four mindfulness books, and meditation teacher of celebs like Meghan Markle and comedian Eric Andre. Quick back story: in 2018, Light gave away all of his possessions and started living from a single carry-on bag. And a year later, he realized he still had too much stuff and downsized to a backpack. It was during this time that Light started developing the concept of Spiritual Minimalism, which is a new take on regular ol’ minimalism.
